I was going to post these photos in the 'Restaurant Inspirations Gallery' and I think I will put them there as well, but I had something to say - and no it is not a review, as I 'suffice to say' think these guys have a handle on what they do, and the joy of just sitting back and letting an incredible meal unfold ...  is one of my favourite things in the world!!!  (I will concentrate on being the perfect guest rather than the perfect reviewer - sooo much easier!!) I am -  first up - going to apologise for the photos - I got a little shy about getting my camera out - but my regret is overwhelming me now, as these dishes deserve better!!!

I 'wine matched' - as the choices were made by Cameron Douglas, I have been watching cheese makers and chefs very closely for the last few years, and not paid much attention at all to winemakers (sorry about this) you will be pleased to know that I plan to change that and the choices for the wine match was an amazing showcase of what is happening out there.  The talent in the styles of winemaking was cleverly shown with the selection, and inspired me to get my wine tasting hat back on!!!
