Salted Caramel Popcorn
Yep.... cold winter nights, its time for movie food!!!
This was actually inspired by the beautiful New Zealand sea salt sent to me by Greg from Hauraki Salt .... that makes it local and artisan (two of my favourite things).
In a medium size pot
80g Brown Sugar
bring to the boil
add 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence stir in
add 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda stir until it fluffs up
Pour over the popcorn and sprinkle with sea salt
